NOTICE OF VACANCY

POSITION:                JUNIOR HIGH WRESTLING COACH (2 positions)

REPORTS TO:            Athletic Director

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Exhibit high moral and ethical conduct, and display a positive value system.
2. Be a positive role model for the athletes.
3. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the sport to be coached.
4. Display good judgment in dealing with parents, team, administration, public and the media.
5. Serve as an effective mentor/leader.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Prior experience as a coach.
2. Experience with an educational institution.
3. An analytical skill coupled with the ability to communicate with others.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  The coach shall be directly responsible to the Athletic Director for the administration, supervision and evaluation of matters pertaining to his/her assigned areas of responsibilities.  He/she is responsible for the organization, coordination and interpretation of the sport being coached.

SALARY:      As per contract.
